• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

2. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and meet the return conditions, you can request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. The processing time for refunds can take up to 14 business days after receiving the returned item.

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund, including return shipping costs.
• For non-defective returns, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
• Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
