According to EU law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (return the goods) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without providing any reason. 2.2. To make a return, you need to inform us by email: reception@melissa-24.pl, providing the order number and customer details. 2.3. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use, and with all accessories. 2.4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer if the product is not defective. 2.5. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment the returned goods are received. ORDER PROCESSING 3.1. The maximum order processing time (from payment to shipping) is 2-3 working days. 3.2. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed of the new order processing date. COMPLAINTS HANDLING 4.1. Complaints can be submitted via email to reception@melissa-24.pl. 4.2. The time to process complaints is 2-3 working days from the moment they are received. 4.3. If the complaint concerns a defect in the product, the customer is required to provide photos or videos confirming the issue. 4.4.
