DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We carry out deliveries within the territory of Poland as well as throughout the entire European Union via the DPD courier service.
2. Shipping to countries outside the European Union is also possible.
In such cases, please contact us before placing an order, as the shipment requires additional customs formalities.Delivery costs and customs clearance fees are determined individually.
3. Within the territory of Poland, we offer free delivery for orders from PLN 1,000.00 gross.
4. Within the territory of the European Union, free delivery applies to orders from EUR 300.
5. It is possible to collect the order in person from our warehouse or to arrange collection by the customer’s own courier.
6. When unpacking the shipment, please exercise caution when using sharp tools to avoid damaging the products.

2. CONSUMER RIGHTS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
2.1. In accordance with European Union law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without providing any reason.
2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform us by email at: reception@melissa-24.eu, providing the order number and customer details.
2.3. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use, and with the full set of accessories.
2.4. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer if the product does not have a defect.
2.5. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
3.1. The maximum order processing time (from the moment of payment to shipment) is 2–3 business days.
3.2. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed of the new order fulfillment timelines.
4. COMPLAINT HANDLING
4.1. Complaints may be submitted by email to: reception@melissa-24.eu.
4.2. The complaint review period is 2–3 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
4.3. If the complaint concerns a product defect, the customer is obliged to provide photos or video recordings confirming the issue.
4.4. If the complaint is deemed justified, the product may be replaced or the cost refunded.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
5.1. The controller of personal data is MELISSA VIKTORIIA RANCHAKOVSKA.
5.2. Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of order fulfillment (contact and address details).
5.3. Personal data is stored on secured resources used for internal employee communication.
5.4. Personal data is transferred only to operators responsible for order fulfillment.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, informing users via the website.
6.2. Any disputes between the customer and the Seller shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union.
