These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://melissa-24.eu/ (hereinafter the "Website") and the services provided by MELISSA VIKTORIIA RANCHAKOVSKA. By using the Website or purchasing goods, the Customer accepts these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website and the company's services.

Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. The user represents that they have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors (under 18 years of age) may use the Website only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The user agrees to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality. It is also prohibited to use the Website for illegal or forbidden activities under European Union law.
The store offers flower-packaging products, including wrapping paper, ribbons, tissue paper, and other related goods. Product prices are current at the time the Customer places the order. Every effort is made to ensure the full availability of the offered goods. If, after an order has been placed, it turns out that a given product is temporarily unavailable in stock, the Customer will be informed promptly. In agreement with the Customer, an immediate refund of the amount paid or an exchange for another available product of the same value will be offered, according to the Customer's wishes.
By placing an order on the Website, the Customer offers to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to verification. In the event of obvious system pricing errors (technical errors) or temporary unavailability of products in stock, the Customer will be informed promptly. In such a case, the Customer will be offered an immediate refund of the amount paid or an exchange for another available product of the same value, according to the Customer's choice.
Payments for orders are processed securely via the certified payment operator tpay.com. All currently available payment methods are clearly presented to the Buyer in the order panel before the purchase is made. All prices on the site are gross prices given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. The Buyer bears no additional or hidden transaction costs beyond the product price and the delivery cost, which is shown in the order summary after selecting the delivery country. To receive a pro forma invoice without VAT, an active EU VAT number must be provided before finalizing payment.
Products are shipped within Poland and to other European Union countries. Order processing time (preparation for shipment at the warehouse) is usually 1 to 2 business days. The estimated delivery time by the courier company is 2 to 3 business days within Poland and 3 to 5 business days for deliveries to other EU countries. After the order is shipped, the Customer is given a tracking number allowing ongoing monitoring of the shipment's status. In the event of any delays on the part of the courier company, full support is provided in contacting the carrier in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in the Customer's interest.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement and return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the Buyer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Certain items, such as made-to-order products (e.g., personalized, custom-printed ribbons made to individual specification), are not subject to return or cancellation in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.
The store cares about protecting the privacy of its customers. Use of the services constitutes acceptance of the rules for collecting, storing, and using personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Personal data is processed securely and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., transferring data to the courier company).
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of MELISSA VIKTORIIA RANCHAKOVSKA and is protected by intellectual property law. It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without the prior written consent of the owner.

These Terms are governed by the law of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which guarantee the Consumer the right to bring an action before the court competent for their place of residence.
The right is reserved to amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g., changes in the law or the introduction of new payment and delivery methods). Customers will be informed of any changes through the publication of the new version of the Terms on the site. Changes to the Terms come into effect 14 days after their publication. Orders placed before the changes take effect are subject to the version of the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
