- Delivery time: Order processing time (preparation for shipment at the warehouse) usually takes 1 to 2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days within Poland and 3 to 5 business days for deliveries to other EU countries. In the event of any logistical delays caused by the courier company, full support is provided in contacting the carrier to ensure the order is delivered as quickly as possible.
- Package tracking: Once an order is shipped, a unique tracking number is generated and automatically sent to the specified e-mail address, allowing ongoing tracking of the package.
- Shipping restrictions: Shipments are currently carried out within Poland and to other European Union countries. For information on shipping outside these areas, please contact the store's customer service directly.
